Download the Livaaz app from the App Store or Google Play. Tap "Sign Up" and follow the prompts to create your account using your email or social media accounts. It takes less than a minute!
Is Livaaz free to use?
Yes! Creating an account and browsing live shows is completely free. You only pay when you purchase products during live sessions or from our marketplace.
How do I watch live shopping shows?
Open the Livaaz app and browse the "Live Now" section to see all currently streaming shows. Tap any show to join instantly and start shopping!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How do I buy products during a live show?
While watching a live show, tap on any featured product to add it to your cart. Complete your purchase without leaving the stream!
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Visit our returns portal in the app to start a return.
For Creators
How do I become a creator on Livaaz?
Go to your profile, tap "Become a Creator," and complete the application. We review applications within 2-3 business days. You'll need to meet our creator guidelines and have at least 1,000 followers on any social platform.
How do creators earn money?
Creators earn commissions on every product sold during their live shows, plus tips from viewers. Rates vary by product category but typically range from 10-20%.
What equipment do I need to go live?
Just your smartphone! We recommend good lighting and a stable internet connection for the best quality. Advanced creators can use external cameras and microphones.
